Cuantas veces ha pasado que se os ha quemado la placa base y habéis tenido que reinstalar windows y todos los programas? infinidad de veces, verdad? es un proceso largo, costoso y con riesgo de perder información.
Muy bien, pues vamos a explicaros mediante un breve manual cómo podemos cambiar la placa base en un equipo con windows xp sin tener que reinstalar windows. - Necesitamos un Windows MiniPE (un windows en versión Live CD), para que cargue el sistema operativo desde un CD, también nos valdría con el Hiren´s BootCD, que incluye un Mini Windows XP que nos va ha funcionar.
- Configuramos la BIOS para que cargue desde el lector de CD
- Insertamos el CD con el Windows MiniPE, o si utilizamos el Hiren´s BootCD, seleccionamos la opción Mini Windows XP, y esperamos a que cargue el sistema operativo.
- Iniciamos el MS-DOS (Command Prompt) y escribimos lo siguiente:
reg load HKLM\TEMP c:\windows\system32\config\system
y luego
regedit
entonces cargara el editor del registro con la carpeta temporal que acabamos de crear.
- Nos vamos a la ruta HKLM\TEMP\Select y apuntamos cual es el valor Default
- Abrimos el Bloc de notas para crear un documento nuevo, y copiamos el siguiente texto:

Importante: Si el valor de Default que hemos apuntado antes es uno, el archivo de texto se queda como esta éste, si fuera el valor 2, 3, ... reemplazariamos el ControlSet001 por ControlSet002, ControlSet003, ...
- Guardamos el archivo con el nombre que queramos, pero es muy importante que la extensión sea ".reg"
- Volvemos al editor de registro, nos aseguramos de que está seleccionada la ruta HKLM\TEMP
- menu "Archivo"
- Importar
- Selecionamos el archivo que hemos guardado con el bloc de notas y Aceptar
- Saldra un cuadro de dialogo indicandote de se ha importado correctamente
- Cerramos el editor de Registro
- Volvemos al Ms-Dos y escribimos:
reg unload HKLM\TEMP También podemos llevar el fichero .reg en un pendrive para no tener que escribir todo el fiechero en el block de notas. - Reiniciamos, sacamos el CD del lector para que no arranque desde él, y ya debería iniciar correctamente Windows XP. Sólo nos faltaría reinstalar los drivers de nuestra nueva placa base. |
